These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Presence platform. By booking care through Presence you agree to these terms.
Presence connects families with independent, verified caregivers. We are a marketplace and are not a party to the care relationship itself. Caregivers are responsible for the care they provide; families are responsible for accurately describing their needs.
Payments are held in escrow and released to the caregiver after a completed, undisputed visit. Where a visit is flagged or disputed, funds remain held until an operator resolves it.
Verification levels are shown honestly and are never a blanket guarantee. "Admin-reviewed" and "third-party background-checked" are distinct and are labeled as such throughout the product.
