Why we started Presence
We began after watching a family member navigate home care the hard way — a rotating cast of strangers, unclear qualifications, and invoices for visits nobody could confirm had happened. It was stressful precisely when calm mattered most.
So we built the platform we wished we'd had. Every caregiver is identity-verified, and we show their exact level of vetting honestly — never a blanket "verified" stamp. Every visit is logged with geofenced clock-in and clock-out. And every payment sits safely in escrow, releasing only after a clean, undisputed visit.
