Every caregiver completes identity verification and uploads credentials that our team reviews. Where a jurisdiction-compliant provider is engaged, background checks are run by an accredited third party — and we always show which level of verification a caregiver holds.
How does payment work?
Payment is held safely in escrow when you book, and only released to the caregiver after a clean, completed visit. If anything is flagged or disputed, funds stay held until it’s resolved.
Can I choose my caregiver?
